4.1. Applications will be evaluated based on their alignment with the grant's objectives, feasibility, potential impact, and sustainability.
4.2. The selection committee reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from applicants.
4.3. Decisions made by the selection committee are final and not subject to appeal.
12.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United State Grant Commisiob, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
