Terms and Conditions: North/South America and Europe Development Grant

1. Eligibility:

1.1. Applicants must be legal residents of either North/South America, Europe or some part of Australia/Oceania.
1.2. Organizations must be registered and operating within the specified regions.
1.3. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
1.4. Applications from governmental entities, political organizations, and religious institutions will not be considered.

2. Grant Purpose:

2.1. The grant aims to support projects and initiatives focused on socio-economic development, community welfare, education, environmental sustainability, or technological innovation within the eligible regions.

3. Application Process:

3.1. All applications must be submitted through the designated online portal within the specified deadline.
3.2. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information as requested.
3.3. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered for funding.

4. Selection Criteria:

4.1. Applications will be evaluated based on their alignment with the grant's objectives, feasibility, potential impact, and sustainability.
4.2. The selection committee reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from applicants.
4.3. Decisions made by the selection committee are final and not subject to appeal.

12. Governing Law:

12.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United State Grant Commisiob, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
